How to Add Graphics and Videos

 

Adding your Own Graphics

1) Click on the Upload Icon on the menu bar 

2) Click on purple Upload Files to access your desktop 

3) Click on the file you wish to upload from your desktop

4) Locate the area you would like to add your graphics in your newsletter

5) Click on the image 1x to add it to your newsletter

6) You can then reposition or resize your image

• • To resize the image, click on the top left corner of the image 

Using the Digital Library

1) Go to the Elements Icon in the menu bar

2) Enter the theme or subject in the search bar 

3) Click on ‘See All’ under Photos

4) Click on the image you would like to use 1x 

5) You can then reposition or resize your image

Adding Videos

1) Go to the Elements Icon in the menu bar

2) Enter the theme or subject in the search bar 

3) Click on ‘See All’ under Videos 

4) Click on the video you would like to use 1x 

5) You can then reposition or resize your image

• • To resize the image, click on the top left corner of the image

** Please Note - To use videos in your newsletter be sure to publish via Web or Email
