Edit scheduled posts for the content planner on the fly—with all of your edits seamlessly synced and updated.
These options are only available to Canva Pro users and Canva for Teams and Canva for Nonprofits administrators and brand designers.
1) On the Canva homepage side menu, click on Apps:
2) Select Content Planner.
3) From the Content Planner, click the post that you want to manage to open the scheduling view. You can update the caption from here.
3) Next to the date and time, click on the ellipse icon:
4) To reschedule, select Change date and time.
5) To delete, select Delete post.
6) To make changes to the design you scheduled, select Edit design, and confirm to Edit.
7) Click Save and schedule to finish.
I can’t reschedule or delete a post
If you’re using a shared Content Planner, you can only reschedule and delete posts if you own the designs. Ask the design owner to reschedule or delete the post.
