You can directly share your designs to Facebook pages and groups, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, some messaging apps, and more.
However, if your design fails to share to your preferred social media or app, check if it meets the supported file types, file sizes, and conditions. Check which social media or app applies to you below:
Dropbox upload limitations
- Supported file types: PNG, PDF, JPG, and PPTX
- Max. file size: 150 MB
- Max. number of pages per design: 100 pages (for PDF and PPTX only)
- Max. number of attachments: 10 attachments (for JPG and PNG only)
Facebook upload limitations
- Supported file types: PNG, JPG, MP4, and GIF
- Max. image file size: 4 MB (for PNG and JPG)
- Max. video file size: 250MB (for MP4 and GIF)
Google upload limitations
- Supported file types: PNG, JPG, PPTX, and PDF
- Max. attachment size: 200 MB
- Max. number of attachments: 10 attachments (for JPG and PNG only)
- Max. number of pages per design: 100 pages (for PDF and PPTX only)
Instagram upload limitations
- Supported file types: JPG and MP4
- Max. image file size: 8 MB (for JPG)
- Max. video file size: 100 MB (for MP4)
- Video duration: 3 seconds minimum, 60 seconds maximum
- Maximum uploads: 25 uploads every 24 hours per IG business account
- Maximum hashtags: 30 hashtags
If sharing on Instagram fails after a while, please check if your design meets the limitations above and then try again.
LinkedIn upload limitations
- Supported file type: JPG
- Max. image file size: 10MB
- Max. message length: 1300 characters
Mailchimp upload limitations
- Supported file type: JPG
- Max. image file size: 1MB
- Max. number of attachments: 100 attachments
Microsoft upload limitations
- Supported file types: PNG, JPG, PPTX, and PDF
- Max. number of pages per design: 100 pages (for PDF, and PPTX only)
- Max. number of attachments: 10 attachments (for JPG and PNG only)
Pinterest upload limitations
- Supported file types: PNG and GIF
- Max. file size: 32 MB
- Max. number of pages per upload: 1 page
- Max. number of characters in the title: 100 characters
- Max. number of characters in the description: 500 characters
Slack upload limitations
- Supported file types: PNG, JPG, and PDF
- Max. file size: 10MB
- Max. number of pages per upload: 1 page
- Max. number of characters in the message: 40,000 characters
Tumblr upload limitations
- Supported file types: PNG and JPG
- Max. file size: 10MB
- Max. number of pages per upload: 10 pages
Twitter upload limitations
- Supported file types: PNG, JPG, MP4, and GIF
- Max. image size: 3MB
- Max. video/GIF size: 15MB
- Max. number of characters in a Tweet: 280 characters
- Max. amount of media attached per Tweet: 4 photos, or 1 animated GIF, or 1 video
- Limitations on tweets: 300 Tweets per user within a 3-hour window
- Video dimensions: Between 32x32 and 1280x1024 pixels
- Video duration: Between 0.5 seconds and 140 seconds
- Video aspect ratio: Between 1:3 and 3:1
If there are several videos mixed with images in your design, they'll be automatically combined into one GIF or MP4.
If sharing on Twitter fails after a while, please check if your design meets the limitations above and then try again. Adding URLs to Tweet messages can also cause errors so make sure to avoid adding them.
